24 Hours With Myself

PONDER 01: "24 HOURS WITH MYSELF '

In the morning, when usually we open our eyes to summon "Mamah ... for coffee ..." so now we open our eyes to remember the number and choice of God's name or mantram / prayer in accordance with religion and their beliefs, as many as the number option (select one number from 1 to 9). If you do not choose a number, call it name-of-God-three-times ... ...

Next you get up and sat cross-legged (for those who are not accustomed to sit cross-legged, while for the sick please do the following activities while lying down) facing East. In this case East has the power of spiritual help, can make people do concentrate on the Almighty.

Sitting up straight but relaxed, remember a few choice numbers, remember the basic chakra at the tip of the tail bone (Muladhara Cakra), navel chakra (Manipura Cakra), heart chakra (Anahata chakra), Cakra Throat (Visuddha Cakra) and brow chakra (chakra ajna ). Bring your awareness up and down disc by disc are a couple of times in accordance with intention. From the 7th chakra, we only concentrate on the 5th chakra, for faster and more secure to the resurrection of Spiritual Love in our mind.

Now you concentrate on the heart, imagine and realize the existence of God Almighty in our hearts. Say it in mind, "Oh my God ..., get up ..., rise and in the hearts. Light my heart and preserve the servant of the darkness and ignorance ..."

Realize you are not the body full of sickness and laziness, but you are the Spirit which resides in the body wrap. You are the Spirit that is eternal, full of happiness and never caught by the ignorance ... ... ... ... ... ... ....

Say it again and again in the mind, "My God, I surrender myself completely to you. Protect the servants, slaves and keep climbing I allow the light path, the path-of-spiritual-full-love-love

Please meditate in such circumstances for some time (no more than 5 minutes). With your eyes open quietly preparing to get out of bed. Remember mother earth / Mother Earth, beg permission to set foot on the ground, then lower the right leg first onto the ground. For so please go to the toilet / bathroom-to-finish-"duty-morning".

If someone used to get up between pkl.03.00 - 03.30 is the best. However, I personally recommend is the least pkl.04.00 morning. Because, you will try to "capture" moments that only lasted 50 minutes before sunrise until sunrise. 50 minutes before sunrise is the best time to get up and do something, try to connect with God YME. In the science of Yoga practice more deeply, the moment is called Brahma Muhurta, namely berberkah moments for spiritual practice for-improvement-self-realization.

On the other hand, during the same time (1 hour 30 minutes) before sunrise is called Arunodaya. Udaya means resurrection, showing just before the appearance of the sun, and also shows the right time to awaken and develop or strengthen-spiritual-consciousness.
Habits that we can see today not only among young children but is rather comprehensive we usually sleep late / late at night and waking too slow / late.

By keeping habits oversleep, in fact we have lost a golden opportunity to improve the fate of life, both materially and spiritually. Trust old people, wake up early will be able to dispel the obstacles in your career, soul mates and others. Of course, spiritual insight nap-a-neglect-of-not-be forgiven ...

Morning is when the rising sun. He is also a sign of a future publication of a successful human beings get up early to greet the sunrise. People need to feel surprised at yourself if you want a bright future, if you want to grow spiritually, if you want a quieter sense of peace but you berleha-careless and ignore the morning. In this case you should and need to feel surprised about what you're involved with, namely oversleep your other hand .... sorry and probably also to blame God for the fate that is experiencing .... The good people of course will not make mistakes. If tokh never do, at least he will not repeat I hope ...

So ... I hope all happy ....
